Need flood Insurance?

Damage caused by a flood is NOT covered under anyone's homeowner policy!  If you live in a flood plain and have a mortgage you are are required to carry flood insurance. If you have no mortgage you still need to consider flood insurance. And, if you do not live in a flood plain sooner or later you will wish you had flood insurance.  The federal government's flood program is not always the best place to buy flood insurance.  We will help you find the best coverage at the best value and at the best price.
